We are so excited to share that our incredible supporter Jan Simony with Mountain Realty in Hiawassee, GA is hosting her 2nd Annual Home & Garden Yard Sale to benefit Whiskers Project!
Jan and Mountain Realty have been longtime champions of our mission—donating, volunteering, and consistently showing up for our cats and community. Last year, Jan personally organized, collected items, promoted the event, and raised over $1,000 for our spay/neuter program… and this year, she’s aiming even higher with a goal of $2,000!

Paws for a Cause this holiday season and join us for a Spaghetti Dinner and Holiday Bazaar.
Come enjoy a meal, shop our Holiday Bazaar, visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus or swing by to pick up dinner to enjoy at home!
QuiltFest
The Misty Mountain Quilters Guild will have more than 200 locally-made quilts on display and competing for prizes, and many quilts and other handmade items for sale at this biennial Quilt Show. Also quilt-related vendors, a raffle quilt, prize baskets, special exhibits, demonstrations and antique quilts.
First Friday
Join us this Friday night in downtown Hiawassee, Georgia for the First Friday Night Market on September 5th! There will be artisan vendors, food trucks, drink vendors, and live music all happening 5:00pm-9:00pm at Town Square Park.
