What We Do
Since 2003, Whiskers Project has been a dominant force in reducing the homeless outdoor cat population through Trap, Neuter, Return.
Our Mission: Help people who help cats.
Whiskers Project is a Non-Profit, Trap, Neuter-Return (TNR) program that spays & neuters feral and stray cats in Union and surrounding counties in North Georgia. We are part of the Feral Friends Network & Alley Cat Allies in Bethesda MD. If you can volunteer to help trap and transport once a month, please contact us. For more information on TNR programs go to www.alleycat.org.
Whiskers Project was founded in 2003 by Victoria Lindsey, former treasurer for Humane Society Mountain Shelter. The organization has spayed and neutered over 3,000+ cats in the North Georgia area.
We especially thank all of our Volunteers and Supporters.
Whiskers Project is a nonprofit 501c(3) animal rescue organization. All donations and contributions are tax-deductible.
