9 Lives for $9 Promotion

​The 9 Lives for $9 adoption event is designed to bring attention to the need for adoption of shelter and rescue cats and kittens. Currently, only 10 to 20 percent of all cats who people bring into their homes are adopted from shelters or local rescue groups. By adopting a cat today, you are actually saving two lives, the one you adopt and the one that you make space for at the shelter.

Whiskers Project is excited to use this event to showcase some of the adorable adoptable cats and juvenile kittens, ages 9 months and older, that are available for adoption. Cats have as varied personalities as people do. Whether you want a couple of rowdy kittens, a super social cat who will entertain your guests or senior cuddle bums who likes old movies as much as you do, Whiskers Project will help you find a cat or kitten that is right for you.

We’re hosting a 9 Lives for $9 adoption event to help find homes for cats 9 months and older. Join us on 11/17/2012 from 1pm to 6pm at the PetSmart in Gainesville, GA . Adoption fees are only $9. Adopters must be qualified and approved by Whiskers Project. With 9 Lives, you get 9 times the love!

Whiskers Project is a participating member of Best Friends Animal Society’s No More Homeless Pets® Network, a program that provides local animal rescue groups with the tools and support they need to save more lives.
